Bad knees

What do you do if you walk every day and your knees sound like popcorn?

I'm thinking this is probably negative, right?

The road...

seems awfully long sometimes.

Sometimes I am on the treadmill and I feel like I'm going to die. Or maybe just fall off, but either way? Not pleasant.

It's going to be okay, though.

Right?

More than $500!

I was so excited to look today at my personal fundraising page and see that kind people have donated more than $500 to my Avon Walk!

It's only 279 days until the walk! If I can get only $17 in donations every day then I will meet my goal of $5000.
